want short deterministic codebrowse url for series/package branches

Bug Description

You can say lp:ubuntu/bzr to get to the current branch for bzr in the current Ubuntu release.

But there is no easy equivalent for the web, and it would be useful to have one so that people can easily look at files inside the branch. http://pad.lv/ could then use this to make things a bit shorter again.

As a straw man,

 <http://bazaar.launchpad.net/ubuntu/xinput>

could redirect to, or serve the content of,

 <http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-branches/ubuntu/natty/xinput/natty>

which I guess means this is already fixed.

Perhaps it should be documented somewhere, or used from <https://code.launchpad.net/~ensemble/ensemble/trunk>
