Bug Description

Show the size of the pickled persistent object somewhere in the header (and in every history entry).

Implemented in trunk.

I've decided not to clutter historical records with this information. It can be added if the need arises.

This was released in 0.10.0 in a buggy way that broke BTree browsing (bug 953480). 0.10.2 fixed the latter bug.

Caveat: BTrees are stored as multiple persistent objects (the tree itself and a bunch of buckets). Currently the object size shows only the main BTree object. We hide the buckets from the user (otherwise the list of items wouldn't work correctly and history browsing would be incomplete), so there's no way to see their sizes.
