Bug Description
Whenever I use spicy-client-gtk (which is launched from a command-line script) I get a pop up asking me to "Allow inhibiting shortcuts". This popup appears every single time. I would like it not to.
I am told GNOME is designed for this option selection to be remembered, if there is a desktop file. spice-client-gtk does not appear to ship one (at least in the package I have on 24.04).
Could a .desktop file please be added?
