Bug Description

Makefile is a recommended way of building jtreg6 in line with jtreg7.
The ant build is not supported by the upstream.
see https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/CODETOOLS-7903517

and https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/CODETOOLS-7903104

"
There's a secondary build system in jtreg that was added to facilitate building jtreg in an IDE. It was always more a convenience for jtreg developers than anything formally approved, and it has not been maintained.

It should be remove from the `make` directory and the documentation.

The standard way to build jtreg remains to use `build.sh` or directly use GNU Make.

This bug was fixed in the package jtreg6 - 6.1+2-1ubuntu3

---------------
jtreg6 (6.1+2-1ubuntu3) mantic; urgency=medium

  * Use Makefile to build jtreg (LP: #2031041).
    - Use --release option in Makefile compile options.
    - d/p/*: drop build.xml patches.
    - d/control: add libguice-java, zip.
