We are going to change golang-defaults to golang-1.20. This package FTBFS with golang-1.20

I have open PR for it. And tested the patch in my PPA https://launchpad.net/~zhsj/+archive/ubuntu/go1.20-rebuild/+build/25570962

Please sync 20220824.00-0ubuntu2 from there.
