zeal: Please remove s390x, ppc64el, and riscv64 binaries from lunar

Bug Description

zeal is currently stuck in lunar-proposed because britney is expecting builds on ppc64el, s390x, and riscv64. The latest upload of zeal needed to restrict builds to architectures where qtwebengine5 is available[1].

Please remove the binaries on these arches so that zeal can migrate.

 zeal 1:0.6.1-2 in lunar ppc64el
 zeal 1:0.6.1-2 in lunar riscv64
 zeal 1:0.6.1-2 in lunar s390x
