This patch in pcre2 is needed to avoid siridb-server FTBFS on ppc64el. If we want to be proactive, this should be uploaded before siridb-server, but waiting to see FTBFS on LP builders first would be OK with me too.

This has synced to Ubuntu, so we just need to fix the ppc64el FTBFS. I will open a new bug now that the FTBFS is in -proposed.
