Bug Description

After upgrading from ubunut 20.04 to ubunut 22.04I cant able to run any websites. all are loading index.php instead of webpage. So I tried to install libapache2-mod-php8.1. I got the dpkg error.

Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem, rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.

Also, would you mind providing your apache2 logs as well? The mod's postinst script may have logged some useful data there.
