It is not absolutely clear from the logs what could be happening. The following excerpt from DpkgTerminalLog.txt caught my attention:

O nome de arquivo especificado /var/lib/mysql/ibdata1 não existe.

It's complaining that /var/lib/mysql/ibdata1 doesn't exist, and that's very likely the reason why the installation resulted in an error. Did you perhaps moved (or removed) files under /var/lib/mysql/? Do you have MariaDB (which causes a conflict with MySQL) installed by any chance? Can you post the contents of your /var/log/mysql/error.log, please?

Since there is not enough information in your report to begin triage or to
differentiate between a local configuration problem and a bug in Ubuntu, I
am marking this bug as "Incomplete". We would be grateful if you would:
provide a more complete description of the problem, explain why you
believe this is a bug in Ubuntu rather than a problem specific to your
