Thank you for your report.
The logs you posted are a bit strange. This part here:
fev 21 15:24:28 euhe.in systemd[184109]: [0;1;31m [0;1;39m [0;1;31mmysql. service: Failed at step USER spawning /usr/share/ mysql/mysql- systemd- start: No such process[0m
It says that /usr/share/ mysql/mysql- systemd- start could not be found, but it is part of the mysql-server-8.0 package, which you've just installed. This line has also caught my attention:
Loaded: loaded (]8;;file: //euhe. in/lib/ systemd/ system/ mysql.service /lib/systemd/ system/ mysql.service ]8;;; enabled; vendor preset: enabled)
It may be nothing, but it seems like a network-mounted path or something.
Could you confirm that the file /usr/share/ mysql/mysql- systemd- start does exist and is an executable, please?
Meanwhile, since we don't have much more information to proceed with the investigation, I'm marking this bug as Incomplete.
