It looks like the instance you had running could not be stopped within expected timeout. Unfortunately logs point to no specific reason the instance could not be stopped AND, judging the remaining logs, it appears that the situation has been mitigated as the database instance has been restarted multiple times after this incident.
Since it seems likely to me that this is a local configuration problem,
rather than a bug in Ubuntu, I am marking this bug as 'Incomplete'.
