bind9 /var/cache/bind rights not set properly

Bug Description
Not really a bug, but it took me a while to find that the rights of /var/cache/bind need to be set to the user "bind". "bind" is the user named is running from on (L)Ubuntu 20.04.
I copied my /etc/bind/
