Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https:/
2. Click Install
Expected behavior:
- the downloaded flatpakref file gets opened by some app that can install flatpaks on my system
Actual behavior:
- the downloaded flatpakref gets opened by snap-store (confusingly calling itself "Ubuntu Software"), which says "Couldn't install: unsupported" (I'm translating back from lt_LT)
This is not user friendly.

I should probably mention that I'm on Ubuntu 20.04. (I got used to ubuntu-bug adding this sort of information for me usually, but I filed this bug by clicking the Contact link in 'snap info snap-store'.)
