Hello.

When you initially installed NGINX (1.17.9-0ubuntu2), did you make any changes to the default config file at /etc/nginx/sites-available/default? The error you are getting seems to indicate that you have a package conflict because a newer version of /etc/nginx/sites-available/default is available (with the updated PHP paths) and is in conflict with the version you have (which has changes from the defaults).
