Bug Description

Sometimes programs do not show up in Plank after booting.
When starting them manually they appear in plank and have the keep in dock already activated so they stay there.
Could be just a coincidence but that happens to be always programs installed using snap (especially Pycharm, Spotify..). I have no clue how to see the update history of snaps, it is set to auto update, so that could be a bug when a snap is updated it doesnt show up anymore.

Plank 0.11.4

Ubuntu Mate 18.04
Compiz

on a Asus Zenbook UX31A with Intel HD4000 onboard graphic.
