Bug Description

sessioninstaller is still seeded for Ubuntu MATE and is it no longer required.

Additionally, sessioninstaller pulls in app-install-data (Installed-Size: 46.4 MB, Download-Size: 15.0 MB) which is also contributing to the Ubuntu MATE iso being oversized.

sessioninstaller is still needed for Ubuntu MATE.
It was last available in Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS (actually in 18.10).
It is very useful to install software for not-supported file-types. See bug 1938641 for details.
