Bug Description

On OVS 2.7 (as in artful) there is an open issue which blocks proper execution on arm and thereby to some extend bug 1691659.

Now there is a related bugfix in discussion and we have seen a preliminary version that I'll attach.

Waiting until that is discussed and accepted upstream, then the intention is backport it as part of the arm-ovs-dpdk enablement.
