Bug Description

Deploys are now failing to complete with provisioning error: "unable to find host bridge for space(s) "" for container "1/lxd/0"".

As seen here: http://reports.vapour.ws/releases/issue/589b47c1749a560853cd898a

This was first observed in 7fc3938:

It was not observed in 49316b2:
http://reports.vapour.ws/releases/4825

Based on this, and the commit message, I believe 7fc3938 introduced the bug.

http://reports.vapour.ws/releases/issue/589b47c1749a560853cd898a shows that develop was also affected. Specifically, see revision-builds 4833 and 4838.

Develop merged 2.1 at fd150e4, and the fallback change was called out specifically: https://github.com/juju/juju/commit/fd150e4c6f71e84658b52f251c726edf28dd9742

Develop merge 2.1 again 8cf2481, so it is now fixed. http://reports.vapour.ws/releases/4845

I am also getting the same error while deploy the openstack using landscape 17.03

juju version 2.1.2
landscape-server-quickstart 17.03
maas version 2.2.2
ubuntu version 16.04.03

Not able to deploy openstack and failing with "unable to find host bridge space(s) for container 0/lxd/0"

Please let me know if any fix.
