Bug Description

Ran install with 05/07/2016 daily.

Crashes with a dpkg seg fault.

Similar seen on Xubuntu, there system reboots to login, allows login which then hangs at blank screen.

Need to reboot here to confirm the same behaviour.

Confirm same behaviour on Ubuntu login as seen with Xubuntu.

Attached screeny of error message seen during install. (while that is of fail during Xubuntu install, same seen in Ubuntu)

Seems like this isn't the ubiquity package, the last package update was on June 22. https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubiquity/16.10.3

This bug is not affecting the current Lubuntu daily amd64 iso files of Trusty and Xenial. It affects only Yakkety.

Bug also present on Kubuntu Yakkety daily iso 2016/06/06

Managed to boot installed VM successfully after the error in this case.
