Do you want to do this now and maybe comment out the arc-firefox-theme line?

Since brand new packages take a while to get accepted, I thought it might be faster to upload now and then re-add the other dependency later. (We probably could have done this any time after budgie-desktop made it to Ubuntu.)

Hi Jeremy,

  this package also has a recommendation for our new
package"budgie-welcome" - I have asked ubuntu-sponsors to help with this as
well (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1607546)

If it is at all possible, both arc-firefox-theme and budgie-welcome can be
removed temporarily from the control file.

I can quickly re-upload this if you wish.

I don't know whether this will get accepted for yakkety since it's awfully late but maybe.

To Archive Admins, the Budgie Remix intends to release their 16.10 version this weekend. I confirmed with fossfreedom earlier today that it's ok for this package to be uploaded into yakkety now - that it won't mess up their release testing.

Yes, I see that this was too late for yakkety and was rejected there so I re-uploaded it now for zesty. Once it's accepted into zesty, I believe you can actually get it into yakkety as a Stable Release Update or through Backports.
