dnssec-trigger is missing "options edns0" in resolv.conf

Bug Description

In order to enable edns0 support, /etc/resolv.conf must have "options edns0". However dnssec-trigger doesn't have it and it overwrites my resolv.conf regardless of chattr +i where I had "options edns0".
