XFWM4 in 12.10 and later has in-built tiling support so this PPA is not required for these later versions of xubuntu and any other ubuntu derivative that wishes to use XFWM4
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:fossfreedom/xfwm4 to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fossfreedom/xfwm4
sudo apt update
