Improve LVWPH <-> GenericScopeView interaction

Send up directly the delegate instead of the delegateIndex and then asking back for the delegate

Saves time and also if the delegateIndex is the same number but the delegate different the delegate won't be updated because QML doesn't know it's different (LP: #1622423)
