PPA description
DEPRECATED: This effort has effectively been superseded by BioBuilds.
Ubuntu packages for various bioinformatics tools that I frequently use, mostly for analysis of next-gen sequencing (NGS) data, as well as tools for running Ubuntu in the cloud, especially on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
These packages are generally more recent versions of various software packages for the current Ubuntu LTS release.
Adding this PPA to your system
You can update your system with unsupported packages from this untrusted PPA by adding ppa:chenghlee/bifx-tools to your system's Software Sources. (Read about installing)
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:chenghlee/bifx-tools
sudo apt update
