Bug Description

In the latest version of byobu (5.15 running on ubuntu 11.10) the status line shows that updates are available even after I have installed them. Restarting byobu does not help. This started to happen with one of the last updates, not sure which one.

This bug was fixed in the package byobu - 5.16-0ubuntu1

---------------
byobu (5.16-0ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low

  * usr/lib/byobu/updates_available: LP: #942469
    - fix regression clearing updates_available status
    - and fix a typo in that commit
  * usr/lib/byobu/reboot_required, usr/lib/byobu/updates_available:
    - powersave flag and reload flag suffered from the same problem
      as LP: #942469
  * usr/bin/byobu: LP: #949385
    - namespace a few environment variables more appropriately
