Bug Description

This package does not seem to install any of the python libraries shipped in the original source. As a quick workaround, I disabled dh_auto_install in debian/rules and let dh_python2 do the work. I'm wondering if setup.py is being improperly called?

To test,
$ apt-get -y install openstackx
$ ls /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/openstackx
ls: cannot access /usr/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/openstackx: No such file or directory

The package is pulled in as a Depends for openstack-dashboard, but the dashboard is not functional without these dependencies.
