Bug Description
Commands with options that can be given as either a value to a generic option, or as an option in themselves, currently do not have their help text available for translation. For instance, `bzr help init` shows a specific string for the common branch formats.
The bzrlib.export_pot module needs updating to handle these types of RegistryOption instances and add the strings to the .pot file.
