Bug Description
REASON:
Ensemble is a fluid project with an extremely high bar for trunk commits. A few key features have landed since the FeatureFreeze was enacted, such as support for deploying on bare metal via Ubuntu Orchestra. There have also been some important bug fixes landed in trunk:
bug #816264 PYTHONPATH causing corrupt environment
bug #828152default formula config values not available to hooks
Both of these cause severe usability problems for ensemble in many use cases.
Many problems are mitigated by a rich test suite, which is enabled on the build in my packaging branch, available here:
