Bug Description

fcron was dropped from the Debian archives because it had bugs that the Debian maintainer couldn't fix and the software is not really being actively developed.

Removal ACKd, reverse depends as in Debian all are alternate depends with cron (which we have in main) being the first alternative.

Actually, I take this back. fcron is still maintained upstream and the bug reports in Ubuntu don't look horrible. I think we should actually update it rather than remove it. Bug #591813 is already open for that.

If someone ever updates fcron again, we can just source NEW it without much problems. Better than leaving broken software around in the archive.
