Bug Description

Binary package hint: python-testtools

bzr needs to run its test suite to comply with the Micro Release Exception (MRE) requirements.

This is currently blocked (we intended to use bug #659590 as our flagship bug for the bzr-2.2.2 SRU) because python-testtools is required to run the test suite.

I found no violations of https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuMainInclusionRequirements and below is a summary of my requirements checks.

1) Availability
In universe for natty, maverick, lucid, and karmic.
2) Rationale
Needed to run test during bzr builds (and currently blocking the bzr MRE process).
4) Quality insurance
Will help guarding against regressions during bzr upgrades.
6) Dependencies
python, python-central, python-pkg-resources are already in main.
