Binary package hint: rar
when I try to open rar archives which contains files that named using non-latin characters then it just won't open, and it is also not readable. this problem only affected the new release 10.04, rar is working fine on 9.10 and before it.

WORKAROUND:
Use WinRAR under wine instead.
Works flawlessly even when you have special characters in the names of the compressed files.
HINT: These characters appear in files when the compressed filenames use the old Windows Caracter set instead of UTF-8.
