Bug Description

The bugs home page eg <https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/bzr> has a count of open, critical, etc bugs.

It would be a bit useful if it also linked to

* in progress bugs - because these represent outstanding inventory
* high priority bugs - the obvious thing to do next and a kind of metric

I had a bit of a stab at it but was blocked getting it to actually run, and am told "Launchpad doesn't run on Lucid". Here's what I got so far, it's pretty trivial (but not correct or complete.)

I'm un-milestoning completely since the script that adds QA tags will assign the bug to the right milestone when the branch lands.

Unfortunately I think I've run out of tuits to get this landed.

I believe the attached branch has a good fix for this, but it causes some test failures. If someone else could fix them and land it I'd be very grateful.
