I'm not sure what happened exactly, but while trying to build the
windows installers I got:

% bzr get --no-tree lp:tortoisebzr
d:\bzr\bzr-windows-installers\build-win32\tbzr\trunk

bzr: ERROR: xmlrpc protocol error connecting to
https://xmlrpc.edge.launchpad.net/bazaar/: 302 Found

This may have been using a version of bzr that was newer than the recent
XMLRPC updates, but certainly I found "ERROR:... Found" to be an odd
error to get.

I wonder if this was a glitch on Launchpad's end? Or is it reproducible?

It happened several times using the bzr 2.0? standalone executable. I
upgraded to the 2.1 series and haven't seen it again, but the
redirection itself could have gone away.
