retroarch FTBFS when building against ffmpeg5
Upstream has some relevant work here, but the version in the archive is several years old and the upstream work is far from applying cleanly

Fix build by disabling ffmpeg usage.

A newer upstream version would also help.

This bug was fixed in the package retroarch - 1.7.3+dfsg1-1.1ubuntu1
