Hello,
From your logs, I see you installed mariadb then removed mysql then tried to reinstall it again.
Unfortunately mariadb and mysql are incompatible with each other. If you would like to install mysql make sure to remove and purge mariadb from your system. I'm marking this bug as invalid as it is a configuration error. If you feel this is incorrect please let us know.
Thanks!
