* Hide the Ubuntu Advantage / Ubuntu Pro screen from the server installer
Why Needed
----------
* ESM Apps / Ubuntu Pro will not be launched in 22.04.0
What Changed
------------
* The Ubuntu Advantage / Ubuntu Pro screen, allowing the user to input their contract token, will not be visible when running the server installer.
* The API endpoint and support for supplying the contract token through autoinstall will remain.
