"_Permissions" string not translated

Bug Description
The "_Permissions" string (name of the Permissions button that is displayed on details page of an installed Snap) translation does not seem to be applied although it was translated in upstream gnome-software a long time ago in my (Czech) language and is available (and translated) on Launchpad. It seems that there is some issue with this string. The string is also missing in cs.po pofile on Snap Store GitLab in all snap-store* branches.

I forgot to mention that the "_Permissions" string is actually available in the gnome-software.pot file in snap-store branch. I am not sure if it needs to be in the actual git repo po files as well. However, it seems that its translation was not correctly synced from Launchpad, at least in the Czech language.
