Bug Description

Debian moved their Vcs-* fields from SVN to Git in version 3.30.0-4. The reason the Ubuntu revision seems to exist is because of a package rename for g++5 ABI transition.

In order to create version 3.30.0-4ubuntu1, it seems that all that needs to happen is 3.30.0-3ubuntu1 needs the following done to it:
 - New Debian changelog entry synced
 - The VCS fields updated appropriately
 - A new changelog entry created for 3.30.0-4ubuntu1

This revision should keep the Ubuntu delta while syncing the appropriate Vcs-* field changes.

Given that this is stuck in -proposed, I don't think sponsors needs to be subscribed anymore.
