Bug Description
Hi,
I am the maintainer of the budgie-wallpapers package in yakkety.
We have just completed our community contest for the wallpapers for the 16.10 version of budgie.
Please can this be included as an update to our 16.04 wallpapers package currently in yakkety?

Since it adds a new binary package (for the yakkety wallpapers), it needs to be manually processed through Ubuntu's new queue.
