Eric, does this require a rebuild of all the GNUstep packages?

#835894 is a severe bug in gnustep-gui 0.25.0,
and it affects all gnustep apps built with lignustep-gui-dev 0.25.0

We are just a few days from yakkety release away. Can somebody put together a list of packages which need rebuild and coordinate this?

Ok, I see that LocutusOfBorg synced this to yakkety a few weeks ago before Ubuntu 16.10 was released.

I installed aclock.app and terminal.app and both appeared to work fine although this is the first time I have ever installed a gnustep app.

Could you please clarify what more needs to be done here?

The Debian packages hasn't been rebuilt on top of the gnustep-gui package
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=camera.app&suite=unstable
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=aclock.app&suite=unstable

why should we behave differently?

Yes I syncd because of the RC bug fixed, even if terminal.app in Ubuntu was already fine
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=terminal.app&suite=unstable
it hasn't been rebuilt even the library causing the RC bug, I don't really follow
why such rebuilds could be needed.

Can somebody sumarise what is still needed here?
