new debdiff, probably that patch fixing the link failure should be upstreamed.

the -lcrypto is needed after other libs, to avoid strip with Wl,asneeded flag

This one didn't fail for me locally, but fails in LP:

FAIL: test-ciphers-openssl.sh

seems that when apt-transport-https is installed, that test fails.
I'm debugging something more

@doko, systemd autopkgtest needs to be ignored, because of bug 1609740
network-manager can be retried, it might work.
