[FFe][SRU] Ceph Jewel stable release

About to upload 10.1.0 (first RC for Jewel) to Xenial; its been tested using:

  https://launchpad.net/~openstack-ubuntu-testing/+archive/ubuntu/ceph-sru

I've validated upgrades from 10.0.5 and fresh deployments against OpenStack Xenial using the tempest functional test suite.

Looks ok to me, and sufficiently covered by automatic tests. I close this as the upload sitting in unapproved does not close this bug, just refers to it.

Marking back to 'Confirmed' will close this bug with final upload prior to Xenial release.

Discussed with Ceph developers and they think that Wednesday 20th is the likely date for the final release of Ceph Jewel; might be before then but that depends on how final testing goes upstream.

I suspect that this probably means a 0 day SRU...

Xenial will have 10.1.2 for release (which is the final RC for Ceph Jewel); 10.2.0 (Jewel initial release) is due the same week as Xenial releases; package build and testing will take ~1 day so proposing that we work through that process via PPA as we have done for the two other RC's and then upload as a early SRU for 16.04.

10.2.0 was released yesterday; I've built packages in:

  https://launchpad.net/~openstack-ubuntu-testing/+archive/ubuntu/ceph-sru

and I'm currently testing via that PPA the upgrade path from 10.1.2; I'll complete a tempest smoke test against the resulting cloud and assuming that passes, I'll upload to xenial-proposed for SRU team review.

Accepted ceph into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ceph/10.2.0-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
