Bug Description
A new release of ubuntu-mate-welcome is ready for upload. Attached is a debdiff, and a tarball because new binary files have been added.
This is basically a bug fix release, while some new applications are now listed in the Software Boutique, the underlying functionality is unchanged. The most important change is translations are now possible. We have translators working on more language support right now.
UPDATE! We have agreement from the release team on March 14th 2016:

* Update ubuntu-make PPA.
* Update Software to consistenly use the name Software Boutique.
* Update copyright attributions.
* Whitespace cleanup.
