Bug Description

To get to a stable alpha-1, we are blocking master for changes that are not:

1 - landing controller rename - DONE
2 - updating the upgrade-juju command to upgrade from 1.25.3 - DONE
3 - adding in aliases for "model" commands - DONE
4 - incrementing the version to 2.0-alpha1 - DONE
5 - fixing any bugs that come up in CI:
    - bug #1534201 - DONE

Currently tracked work items have been completed. We need to get a Blessed CI run, and verify with stakeholders that all items promised for an alpha1 have been delivered.
