Please sync gnome-backgrounds 3.18.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * New upstream release
    - Translation updates
  * New upstream release
    - New default backgrounds for 3.18
Fixed in debian
