Bug Description
So here I am, trying to finish something, then precise shows up again. And surely enough, it doesn't have something that we need. In this case, to run .manage.py packaging we need python3-debian. Uhh, obviously trying to backport that I run into a rabbit hole of everything depending on everything.
It would be nice to have a fallback when that is not available. All we use debian for is to know that X-Plainbox-Provider is set. Mmmm
