Initial packages for cloudkitty and python-cloudkittyclient are on a PPA: https://launchpad.net/~objectif-libre/+archive/ubuntu/cloudkitty/+packages

Reviews would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

Please contact the Debian and/or Ubuntu OpenStack maintainers to see if they would be interested in this package.

Are you wanting
1) to maintain this package yourself? or
2) would you be interested in helping the existing OpenStack teams maintain it? or
3) do you just want an Ubuntu package you can use?

http://paste.ubuntu.com/23153645/ are some minor issues with cloudkitty.

For python-cloudkittyclient I get:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
pbuilder-satisfydepends-dummy : Depends: python-oslo-i18n which is a virtual package and is not provided by any available package

Apart from that, things look good to me. Subscribing ubuntu-release team.
