But it looks like you added pstoedit to Suggests, but didn't remove it from Recommends:

I also fixed another bad dependency, the one that trapped me in this mistake

      + build-depend on dh-translation to handle Ubuntu translation,
      + demote pstoedit from Recommends to Suggests (because it's in
