New release available upstream (debianization for vivid provided)

A new version of Onboard has been released upstream; namely Onboard version 1.1.0.

I packaged it for vivid, basing it on the Onboard version currently in the vivid repositories. You might have a look at the following quote from the debian/changelog file for the changes between the two versions:
