Bug Description

azure provider only allows me to pick [ExtraSmall Small Medium Large ExtraLarge A5 A6 A7 A8 A9]

http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/pricing/details/virtual-machines/ shows D1, D2, D3, D4, D11, D12, D13, D14 available.

and g-series is coming: http://azure.microsoft.com/blog/2014/10/20/azures-getting-bigger-faster-and-more-open/

I should be able to add-machine --constriants='instance-type=D3' and get a new machine of type D3

I've put in a merge proposal for the new D and G series instances types, and also added in four new regions (US central, Us east 2, Australia southeast, australia east).

Its requested to have this updated in a stable release as its basic enablement for azure and low risk as its a static map update.

can we get this into a 1.20 release as well. its basically just a rebuild
with the dependencies.tsv updated.

Because of the way we've been setting up virtual networks, we cannot reliably create D-series VMs in existing environments. I've changed how we create virtual networks so that it works reliably going forward. For this reason, D-series (and above) will only be available in new environments.
